Couverts which need to be printed are collected in so called Print Pools. A Pools will be created automatically once a complete Couverts is available from the document generation.


The "pooling" of couverts follows a set of rules which are described below.


A Print Pool can also be updated before "releasing" to the print provider. For example a Print Pool needs to be sentback (Retour). In this case the Print Pool can be set to "Print".


 


Update the PrintPool as following:
