Print Pools can be closed any time to finish a print production.

Select in the Print Pool one or multiple Print Pools and choose "Close". When new documents come in automatically new Print Pools will be created.

A "closed" Print Pool can be printed later on to the print provider or a Print-PDF can be generated for further usage.
